Taco salads can be quite bad for your diet. The main reason that they are bad for your diet is because of the salad bowl. Most salad bowls for taco salads have been deep-fried. If you are hungry for taco salad than I would recommend to ask for it without the salad bowl. And if you want to use condiments on it then I recommend salsa as it only has 15 calories per serving.
